Details: The Espy, Melbourne - 11 March 2005. With their lead vocalist and guitarist, Kat, absent due to illness, The Spazzys were required to make a few changes to their line-up, adding to the novelty value of this recording. Lead vocal duties were undertaken by bassist Lucy, who did a fantastic job. They also recruited Jaws from The Onyas and Ben from Osterberg to play guitar. They did quite well considering they only had an hour or two to learn an entire set (however with Spazzys songs consisting of no more than 3 chords it is not such a huge task). The Spazzys sounded great as a four piece. The only thing missing were the three-part vocal harmonies that accompany most of their songs. The recording is quite good and a must-have for any Spazzys fan. My rating: A
