Details: The Espy, Melbourne - 10 September 2004. Hailing from Canberra, Alchemist have been a formidable force on the Australian metal scene. This was a one off gig the band were doing shortly before touring Europe (where the photo was taken - London to be exact.) The show was originally meant to go for 50 minutes leading me to opt for SP recording mode which has 80 minutes of recording time. But the gig dragged on, luckily finishing after 77 minutes with time to spare. Sounds great. Thanks to Dan for the setlist and Gaw for the photo. My rating: A-
